Outdoors. The Bronx River Parkway Reservation is described by Westchester County as the county's oldest park, created alongside the Bronx River Parkway, which opened in 1925. The reservation covers 807 acres, including 13.2 miles in Westchester. The Bronx River Pathway runs through it.
