Baris launched his real estate career in 2018 in the Hudson Valley, quickly becoming a top-producing agent known for his sharp instincts and relentless work ethic. Born in Istanbul and raised between Europe and the U.S., Baris has a global perspective that sets him apart. His background in sales, marketing, and business development—honed through years of owning restaurants in Brooklyn and leading flagship operations in Manhattan—gives him a sharp edge in negotiations and deal-making. As a homeowner in both Brooklyn and Woodstock, he understands the emotional and financial weight of real estate decisions, guiding clients with expertise and straight talk.

Outside of real estate, Baris is a Lieutenant with the Woodstock Fire Department, a master beekeeper, and an avid sailor. Whether closing deals or navigating open waters, he’s all about strategy, precision, and making things happen.
